We are excited that we now offer HIPAA compliant email and drive to allow records to be sent electronically! After speaking to us, signing your contract, and paying for your records review we will send you a link to grant access to your file in our proton drive. DO NOT just send us your records without us requesting them. (You can read more about proton drive here.)

Phone (call or text): (970)823-4826 (This is an outgoing line only and responses are only made to voicemails.)
Mail: We do not accept any documents via mail.

Our providers do not correspond by phone. We do this for a couple of reasons. Firstly, there is nothing you are going to tell us on the phone that is going to impact your letter because if it is not in your records (or personal statement) then it isn’t something we can use and it isn’t something the VA is going to take into account. Secondly, if you send an email we save it to your file and reference it before reviewing your records, but if it is just something you said on the phone weeks ago it could easily be forgotten.

(DO NOT leave/send sensitive medical information via social media.)

Our social media is really just a platform to try to bring people to this site, but if you want to communicate that way or just check it out you can here:
